You do. On final payment, all design files — schematics, PCB layout, Gerbers, BOM and firmware source — transfer to you. We retain no rights over your product and do not resell your design.

Whatever you have: a written requirement, a block diagram, a competitor's datasheet, or an existing board you want improved. If you only have the problem, that's still enough to start — the first call exists to turn it into a spec.
It depends on layer count, certification needs and how settled the requirements are, so we don't quote generic timelines. Every quote carries a schedule with milestone dates against it.
No minimum for design work. For manufacturing we handle prototype batches through to small-series production, so you're not forced into a large first run.
